Common topics
- Which project works for free — without a subscription one project is active: the one you worked on last. The others stay visible with all their history and numbers, but you cannot start a pomodoro on them. Archive the active project and the next one opens.
- Subscription management — subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad, or App Store → Account → Subscriptions on the Mac.
- Restore purchases — open manydoro → Settings → Restore Purchases. Normally this is not needed: the subscription travels with your Apple ID, so buying it on the iPhone also opens it on the Mac.
- Syncing between devices — the timer and the history sync through your own iCloud. Make sure iCloud Drive is on and both devices use the same Apple ID. Without iCloud the app still works, but each device keeps its own history.
- A pomodoro started on another device — the running phase reaches the other device in seconds over iCloud, and within a minute or so even if the fast channel is unavailable. If it does not appear at all, check iCloud in the system settings.
- The timer kept running past its time — that is deliberate. A pomodoro never stops on its own: it runs into overtime and records what you actually worked. A break, on the other hand, ends exactly on time.
