manydoro — pomodoro tracker with an hourly rate

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Overview

manydoro is a pomodoro tracker for iPhone, iPad and Mac. It keeps your projects, your recorded sessions and your settings — and none of it reaches us. This page explains where that data lives and who can see it.

Data collection

manydoro does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us. There is no server behind the app: we do not run one, so there is nowhere for your data to be sent even by accident.

Where your data is stored

Your history is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. Apple calls this a private CloudKit database: it belongs to your Apple ID, and the developer of the app has no access to it — not to its contents, not to a copy of it, not to statistics about it.

This covers everything the app keeps:

If you are not signed in to iCloud, everything stays on the device and syncs nowhere. Deleting the app deletes the local copy; the iCloud copy is managed by you, in the iCloud settings of your Apple ID.

Subscriptions

manydoro offers an optional subscription handled entirely by Apple's App Store. Payment processing, renewals and cancellations happen on Apple's side. We never see your payment details, your Apple ID or your billing address. Whether a subscription is active is read from Apple's own on-device receipt — it is not stored by us and not sent anywhere.

Analytics and advertising

There is none. manydoro contains no analytics, no crash reporting services, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. It does not collect device identifiers and never asks for your location.

This website — the page you are reading — uses ordinary web analytics, as websites do. That is the site, not the app: the two share nothing, and nothing about your use of manydoro is visible here.

Third-party services

The app uses no third-party services and embeds no third-party SDKs. The only network connection it makes is to Apple: iCloud for syncing your own data, and the App Store for the subscription.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules them locally on the device to tell you that a pomodoro or a break has reached its time. They are not push notifications: nothing is sent from a server, because there is no server.

Children's privacy

manydoro does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected from anyone, the app is safe for use at any age.
